Audit two project assets and evaluate in order to change the behavioural culture to prevent further injury to operatives in a work force of 20,000 people.

Mentor the HSE teams at all three sites to support and change the mind set on the project.

Siemens Power Generation

Marchwood Power station construction and cross-country gas pipeline to tie in to metering block from the AGI at Andover to March Wood, Southampton.

Ensure cross country pipeline was constructed in a safe manner in and around SII areas of historic value.

Manage contractors through safe systems of work including permit to work, point of work risk assessments and tool box talks.

British Energy Nuclear Power stations

Hunterston, Dungeness, Nuclear power station shutdown and start up programs.

Carry out training and assessment of the team including new hands-on training packs.

Working closely with the client to improve the culture at the stations to prevent accidents, incidents and feedback from the work force to improve how shut downs can be more productive and reduce costs.

Nuclear Electric Sizewell B new build nuclear power station. Part of the construction commissioning team working on the cooling recirculation and fuel pools systems.

Assist the flushing team on the daily flushing and acceptance of piping systems pre-commissioning, ready for startup.

BP Energy

BP Energy London modernization of existing facilities and infrastructure of heating and heat recovery systems in private dwellings and factory.

Start up and shut down units as and when required to ensure maximum efficiency on a daily basis.
